Squeezing Lemons

I was flipping through youtube clips
and came across this little nugget.
A chef from Gourmet Magazine
shows us how to properly squeeze lemons.

    Very good tip.
    I found my way here from Judy's front porch and had a quick read - I'll have to come back.
    I have a serious case of 'chipper envy' - now that's a great birthday present for a gardener!
